Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

The natural support of the body with oxygen therapy under the unique conditions of a hyperbaric chamber is appreciated by hundreds of thousands of people around the world.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy helps maintain good health, activates vitality and immune strength. The treatment relieves symptoms of stress, chronic fatigue, mental tension and mood decline. The positive effects of the therapy also include a good night’s sleep, after which patients feel rested. Mild hyperbaria is recommended for people of all ages and can be a valuable support in daily functioning.

Regeneration

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a rejuvenating , regenerating and relaxing treatment, providing a number of benefits in many dimensions of health , significantly contributing to the enhancement of physical and mental condition.

The body saturated with oxygen can much more efficiently absorb vitamins, nutrients and create larger numbers of white blood cells, which destroy and excrete bacteria, viruses and metabolic wastes. The increase in oxygen levels helps eliminate toxins and heavy metals, improves immune system function, accelerates cell regeneration and reconstruction processes. More efficient and ready for increased physical effort, the body is in better physical and mental shape thanks to which it achieves better results.

Sports Physiotherapy

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy is dedicated to professional athletes as well as amateur athletes looking to accelerate their return to sports, enhance their performance and strengthen their bodies. During the session, we breathe oxygen under elevated pressure, so oxygen reaches deep into the cells and organs, stimulating the natural process of healing and elimination of all inflammation. Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy allows athletes to return to training faster after injury, achieve better performance results, shortens recovery time after high effort, reduces muscle acidification to a minimum, influences faster regeneration of bone tissue and skeletal muscles, supports metabolic processes. Regular aerobic sessions reduce recovery time and speed up the return to full fitness.

Training

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy allows athletes to perform better in sports, which is why it is known in the active community as a natural doping for the body. Saturated with oxygen, the body is more efficient and ready for increased exercise, so we can train with greater efficiency, and improve our physical form. The therapy is used by athletes all over the world. Olympic athletes, marathon runners, triathletes, top NBA league players, soccer clubs, and combat sports players systematically use the chamber. Sessions in the mild hyperbaric chamber are dedicated to everyone who wants to strengthen the body and improve their sports performance.

How a session in a hyperbaric chamber goes.

Patient in hyperbaric chamber with mask on

  • before entering the chamber you are interviewed and given information about the session
  • after entering the chamber you are gradually introduced into an environment of increased pressure of 1.3 ATA (compression)
  • you breathe concentrated oxygen
  • during the treatment you can relax, read, listen to music
  • during the session you are in constant contact with the office staff, who take care of your safety
  • at the end of the session we equalize the pressure in the chamber (decompression)

Sessions in our office are conducted in the chamber at a safe pressure of 1.3 ATA, which does not cause side effects that happen at higher pressures.
