FDM Fascial Therapy

FDM fascial therapy is a system for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries based on six fascial deformities, each with a specific body language and description of the nature of pain.

Using manual grasps and therapeutic devices such as vacuum and Chinese bubble, multi-needle applicators, Floss tapes and rollers, the physiotherapist works on the fascial deformation. The goal of fascial therapy is to improve the mobility and dynamics of the fascial layers in relation to each other, and to eliminate fascial dysfunction that causes the patient’s ailments.

The use of fascial techniques definitely speeds up the recovery process and return to sports. FDM works best for pains occurring in the musculoskeletal system, as well as visceral ailments.
